The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable.

Horrible customer service, front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly. My family was charged unexpectedly for beach attractions over the entry fee. I paid a substantial amount for a room that was old and uncomfortable, and the pillows were dreadful.

The place is great for kids, lots of stuff for them. To do. The location is nice, and the apartments have that extra space, which you don't always get.

It costs a bit much but overall it’s still acceptable.

There’s a ton to do here with plenty of activities available. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Just be ready, the room conditions might be hit or miss based on personal experiences.
